We praise the Lord for his safe arrival, and are thankful for yet another blessing from our Lord.
Jared was born in a birthing center very close to our home that is inside the hospital. We had such a smooth labor and delivery, and enjoyed being in more peaceful and homelike suroundings. We were also very pleased with our midwife, doctor, and several nurses. We were actually a bit sorry to leave. : ) I am feeling very well to be at this stage of recovery. Jared is such a peaceful and content baby, who I think likes schedules almost as much as his mommy! He seems so laid back; I wonder if I have a little Joel (which would be great)!
Abby is absolutely precious with her little brother. We have been very pleased with how tender hearted she is toward Jared, and how protective she is of him.

We were honored to have Joel's parents make the trip from SC to be with us, and it was great to get to visit with Uncle Jeremy and Aunt Krista as well.

Congratulations!!! We are so excited for ya'll with Jared's birth. We hope you continue to recover well. We really enjoyed all of the sweet pictures! He is such a cute baby.

AWWWWW Leah!! How beautiful he is! You have gorgeous babies... you are very blessed. I am so glad that you had an easy delivery - those are something to be thankful for. I bet your hands are full with 3 little kiddos now =) You also look GREAT... as usual! And the birthing center looks very relaxed and nice =) =)
